The Expo committee will consider all applications received. The Expo committee have the right to refuse any stallholder application. Every effort will be made to ensure that there is little replication of products. A confirmation email and invoice will be sent once the committee have accepted an application, as well as a map of stall-holder allocations.

I understand that all stall fees must be paid by 15th March 2017. If payment is not received before this time I forfeit my booking and the place will be offered to another stallholder.
